By registering for and using Endra (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Service Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time with or without notice to you.
You acknowledge and agree that Endra shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
3. FINAL SALE & NO-REFUND POLICY
NOTICE: PAY-MODE ONLY SYSTEM
ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. ENDRA OPERATES AS A "PAY-MODE ONLY" SERVICE. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS, CREDITS, OR PRO-RATA REVERSALS FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: USER ERROR, DISSATISFACTION, ACCOUNT CANCELLATION, SERVICE DOWNTIME, OR DATA INACCURACY. EVEN IN THE EVENT OF A SYSTEM COMPROMISE OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED BY THE SERVICE.
In the event that the Service is permanently discontinued, any resolution regarding remaining subscription time will be at the sole and absolute discretion of the developers and is not guaranteed to result in a monetary refund.
4. Scientific & Mathematical Disclaimer
IMPORTANT MEDICAL NOTICE:
All calculations, fueling plans, AI analyses, and recommendations provided by Endra are for informational and educational purposes only. They are based on mathematical models and general nutritional principles which may not account for your specific physiological needs, medical conditions, or environmental factors.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any mathematical models or scientific data provided. **Endra is not a medical professional.** You should consult with a physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any new training, fueling, or nutrition protocol.
You use all plans and data provided by Endra at your own sole risk.
5. Limitation of Liability & PAYOUT CAP
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Endra, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
ENDRA'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00) OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO ENDRA IN THE LAST THREE (3) MONTHS.
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- Any content obtained from the Service;
- The application of any fueling plans or training advice generated by the Service.
6. Promo Codes
Promo codes are provided for testing and promotional purposes. We reserve the right to disable, modify, or expire any promo code at any time without prior notice. Use of a promo code does not guarantee continued access beyond the specified duration or the lifetime of the Service.
